Structure

• RCC frame building with partitions made of masonry.
• Superior quality exposed brick masonry made with carefully selected, highly durable terracotta wire-cut bricks and stone.
• Interior walls can be constructed with concrete block masonry, Aerocon blocks, or terracotta blocks with a table mould.

Flooring

• Imported marble placed with paper joints, beige in hue.
• Kota stone was polished after eight coats and installed with paper seams.
• Carpet with cut piles.
• The floors and counter are imported marble, and the walls up to the shower area’s 7 feet and the other areas’ 3 feet are covered in Marazzi or similar tiles. 

Doors

• Shutters, window frames, and doors must be made of engineered solid wood.
• Every door shutter must have a natural wood veneer and have a solid core flush (block board or honeycomb board).
• Aluminium frames and shutters are required for all bathroom windows, exterior utility windows, maid’s room doors, and windows.

Plumbing and Sanitary

• All bathrooms include a porcelain EWC made by Kohler or a similar brand in a Western style.
• Every faucet needs to be CP, strong body metal fittings made by Grohe or a similar brand.
• PVC pipes must be used for all water supply and drainage lines.
• Stoneware is required for sewage lines.
• Included are rainwater harvesting drain pipes.

Security

• A main console or terminal with a color display control and touch screen is required for all automated functions in a home automation system.
• Passenger elevators that are compatible with stretchers must have automatic doors and stainless steel finishes inside the cabins.
• CCTV cameras from every angle.

Electrical

• All wiring needs to be covered by PVC conduits and of the Havells brand or a comparable make.
• Every switch needs to be made by Crabtree or a similar brand.
• All apartments and shared areas must have backup power.
