DivyaSree Developers Group began as a construction company over three decades ago, working on infrastructure projects for government agencies. In 1997, it ventured into real estate development with DivyaSree, becoming a top office space provider in South India. With 19 million square feet completed and 6 million square feet under construction, it specializes in office buildings in Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Chennai. Their clientele includes leading IT and BPO corporations. DivyaSree’s SEZ’s in Bangalore and Hyderabad host over 30,000 people, with ongoing development to support the growing IT sector.

In 2006, they entered the residential sector with Elan, a high-end complex in Bangalore. Currently, they have 5 million square feet completed and 1.5 million square feet under construction of residential developments, including villas, townhouses, apartments, and plotted development in Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Chennai. Their focus remains on the south Indian markets, with plans to develop 8 million square feet of commercial, residential, and retail spaces over the next five years. Additionally, they are diversifying into the hospitality and education sectors with further investment and growth anticipated.
